The Honourable Member of the parliament for Saloum constituency, Alagie Mboe, last Thursday at the national assembly told his colleagues that, the Gambian people must criticise the government base on facts but not on fictions, speaking on the corruption perception index where Gambia got rated as one of the most corrupted countries in Africa, he added that, the report is just perception which is opposed to the actual corruption.

He added, that people are misinterpreting the report wrongly which can tarnish the image of the country to the outside world. According to him the country belongs to all and it should be everyone’s responsibility to protect its image irrespective of political difference.

“Gambia have every right to criticise, it’s their  right and opinion , but I will want to do it constructively” He concluded.
