As the world moves away from analogue system to a digital one, the NYC has today conducted a feasibility studies at Lower River Region to assess the area for a creative youth lab. Basiru Jaye and Omar Bah ,Program Officer for ICT and Peace Security and Justice respectively together Ousman Sanneh, the Chairman of LRR  conducted this important exercise.

This creative lab is expected to have modern desktop computers, laptops for the interns, a printer, a projector, as well as installation of a high speed Internet connection. This is intended to expose the youths of the region to technology.The initiative is fully funded by the Peace-building Fund through UNDP, it will serve as a safe space for youth to interact with their friends as well as educate them on the role of technology towards development
