Engineer Dr. Yahya Koshak, one of the first people to enter the well of ZamZam on record and witness the source of the water in a major cleaning project during the era of King Khalid in 1979, passed away yesterday evening (1st March 2021) in Saudi Arabia. 

In one of the largest cleaning operations in the history of the well, the engineer was said to be responsible in leading a team to enter the well near to the Ka’bah.

May Allah have mercy upon his soul.
