The exercise which were respectively supported by the Brikama Area Council is meant to plough back to the communities as taxpayers.

Honorable Alieu K Darboe, Councilor Kembujeh Ward who administered the respective works described the  support and intervention by the Council as laudable and humanitarian saying supporting communities is part of the mandates of the Council.

The Kembujeh Ward local administrator further noted that as representatives of the people, their main task is to promote developments for the communities as well as to stand by them at all times.

“The allocations of fuel and grader to the communities within my ward are indeed laudable, as their beneficiaries have seen the efforts of the council,” he said.

Honorable Darboe thanked the Honorable Chairman, CEO, and the Department of Planning and Development of the Council for their respective interventions saying as Councilors, all their requests are channeled through the office of the Honorable Chairman, then copied to the concerned councilor for follow-up and then to the CEO and his team.

The VDC Chairman Bafuloto Kebba Ansu Saidy in a brief remarks at the recent work commended Honorable Darboe for his foresight and visionary leadership for the growth of his communities. He led the BAC for the support of his community.

Me. Hamadi Jawara, the Vice Chairman, Farato Bojang Kunda VDC remarked that the Ward Councilor I an exemplary leader who stood for his electorates noting  

that both his area and Newtown clan within the village both benefited from the Council through the intervention of Councilor Alieu K Darboe who has shown to all that he fits to be called a councilor.

Batch Samba Jallow, Secretary Bafuloto VDC, Me. Jamang Camara, Secretary to the Farato Bojang Kunda Darusalam clan both echoes similar remarks, while applauding the Councilor and the Council for such great efforts and support to their respective communities.
